JobAdder is a cloud based, recruitment management platform designed for recruitment and staffing agencies and in-house corporate hiring teams. JobAdder is used by over 10,000 recruiters in 20 countries.
As a cloud-based system, JobAdder is accessible from anywhere, on any device with an Internet connection. JobAdder runs on any browser, as well as on Macs, Windows PCs and any mobile device or tablet.
JobAdder allows users to post job ads to over 200 job boards and social media websites, manage candidates and candidate communication via email, phone and SMS, as well as CRM functionality and job, company and contact management.
JobAdder also includes resume parsing and advanced candidate searching, helping recruiters find the best talent within their own database. The software is highly configurable, allowing each user to configure their workflow.

JobAdder is a great cloud based CRM solution for the recruitment industry. It has a really simple and intuitive user interface across desktop and mobile platforms and integrates well with social networks and Outlook. It has all the functionality required to effectively manage the recruitment process, but in a much simpler and pared down way than other solutions.
What's great is that as a vendor, the JobAdder team offer awesome support and are constantly developing the product to suit the end users. The reporting tools are excellent also. Overall, a great product and quite simply the best recruitment CRM we've used.

The product and function fits our business perfectly. The culture of the organisation is brilliant! We transitioned our business to Job Adder having used another CRM and also evaluating other options, including the self proclaimed 'market leaders'. We couldn't find a better product that ticks all the boxes.
